"Very pleasant stay, lobby, hallways, elevator and most importantly the room smelled very good. My son, daughter and I stayed in a suite with 2 double beds and a couch with pullout bed. The room was very comfortable complete with microwave, fridge, coffee/tea maker, desk and 2 televisions. Nestled on a quiet service road between Seattle and Renton, everywhere we went was usually 10-15 minutes away. I would definitely stay again."

"We had an early flight out of SeaTac, so decided to get to the area the afternoon before. This hotel was nice, clean and relatively convenient to other things in the area. We picked it because it was sleek looking, had a morning coffee shop that opens at 6am and the restaurant. We did have dinner and drinks there and it was nice. "

"Horrific place to stay this was not a 6,7, or an 8. It's more like a 1 or 2 if you are desperate. The ratings were very deceiving. The conditions of the outside were a joke.The entire place needs a make-over. There were two homeless crack heads right outside and a pimp waiting in the car, playing loud music with his lady of the night trying to check in. One look at the room, and my wife and I drove to Bellevue. I would never recommend this place. The best way to see is to check in is at 8pm -10 pm. You will see for yourself that the area of Seatac is scary. That place was it is not for me. "

"Room was clean, Sucks that they've had only one elevator out of 3 working for the past year and no plans to fix that so it's an issue when you go get breakfast or try to check out at the same time as other guests. Pool heater was broken and they said they did not know when that would be fixed. Bar staff in the morning must of been in a bad mood, I asked if they had a straw for my toddler, she replied yes so when I followed her back to the bar and waited then asked again she made a face and threw the straw on the counter. I would consider asking if some issues are taken care of next time I plan to book there. Which now would be a last option."
