"The house was spotless, and the kitchen was fully stocked with a lot of utensils, dinnerware, etc. I last booked this exact property back in 2021, and I could tell it was much better this time. They also added a ping-pong table. Communication with the host was also reliable and quick. "

"Grounds are under construction and renovation so it was busy with workers. Needed to navigate around construction vehicles and roped off work areas. That’s a temporary inconvenience. Booked a king bed room and given 2 queens so had to move. Used Google Maps for restaurants on the grounds to find out we needed to use the paper map handed to us. Beaches were fabulous! Lounge chairs and towels available at the beach for us all. Beach was clean. Restaurants off grounds were awesome and better priced. Sunset was awesome!!!"

"We loved North Captiva Island! The process of getting on and off the island was very organized and stress free. Our house, Floradays, was nice, location great. We found the house was not as nice as the pictures. It definitely is in need of some care and updating. We were told the TV in the living room wasn’t working and would be replaced on Monday. They never came and replaced it! There was a separate faucet only in kitchen to use for drinking water, it was very slow. We ended up buying bottled water. "

"Great private pool. Great sun/ shade mix! Pat is an exceptional host and was very helpful. The location is about two blocks to access in the gulf. The house is very “beachy” and comfortable! If you need a “sun” break, there are several fans and excellent a/c (if need be).If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped . There is all kinds of seating areas. We totally recommend this home. "
