"House is decorated so cute! I love the huge window in the living room! We had plenty of room, all amenities you could ask for and yet it felt so cozy! Beach access was also very easy, as well! Thanks for a great stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this home and would definitely recommend it. The house was beautiful and comfortable, with plenty to keep everyone entertained. We especially loved the pool and spent many afternoons swimming and relaxing. The basketball goal in the pool was also a huge hit, and we found ourselves playing almost every day.The included golf carts were a fantastic bonus and made exploring the island easy and fun. One of our favorite parts of the trip was seeing so much wildlife and getting the chance to meet some wonderful locals along the way.The rooftop balcony was absolutely incredible, offering 360-degree views of the island. Watching the sunsets from up there quickly became a daily tradition—they were breathtaking. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras, including beach chairs and an umbrella, which made our beach days even more enjoyable.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and helped make our vacation unforgettable. We would happily stay here again!"

"Best location on the island in my opinion, great sunset views and right on the beach.Had some minor issues with the golf cart batteries, but really not a big deal since there isn't really anything to drive to. Enjoy the location and stay put.One thing that isn't clear from the pics and listing is that the master suite is on the first level, disconnected from the main upper level that has the kitchen, hot tub (it's on the upper deck now), etc. So you have to go outside and up some exterior steps between that room and the main house. Not a big deal, unless it's raining or something.Overall, highly recommended and I would return."

"We had an awesome time. The house was clean and communication was great. There were numerous beach towels available for us to use. The house had starter necessities- toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish washer packets, etc. Tortuga was excellent. Our two golf carts were waiting on us at the dock. They loaded our luggage and delivered it in our house. They carried the bags up the steps. At the end of our stay, they loaded our luggage and delivered it back to the dock. Each member of the team worked hard and was helpful and friendly."

"House was great for 9 adults and 1 baby. Great pool and location. Grill didn’t work. Washing machine didn’t work consistently which is hard when you are required to wash towels before you checkout. Overall a good stay."

"The house fit our needs perfectly. There were six adults and six children and we all had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The pool was a big hit. We made several trips down to the ocean each day. The views were spectacular. The management company was great to work with. If we needed anything they were there right away to get it taken care of. Five out of five experience. We would do it again."

"BOOK THE TRIP!!!! We stayed with our family of 11 here and had plenty of room. The house is stocked with beach gear, sand toys and anything you could need for a day at the beach. The location is fabulous. The house has everything you could possibly need for cooking and preparing meals. Just a short walk or quick golf cart ride to the beach. The serenity and peace that this island brings doesn’t compare to any other place we’ve been in FL. It will be our new vacation spot moving forward. Very quiet, small crowds and beautiful beaches. We ate at Mango’s and Main Stay and they were wonderful. Everyone we encountered on the island were so friendly and helpful. It is a slice of paradise right here in the States. We loved it!"
