"We stayed for seven nights, and as we were leaving, my son said he was going to miss the house — which really says it all.This home was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating for our family of six (three adults and three kids). We had more than enough space, and everything about the home felt thoughtful, comfortable, and well put together.Our hosts could not have been more gracious or helpful. They offered great recommendations not only for Pine Island but also for Cape Coral and Fort Myers, which made our stay even better.What made this home especially special for us was the ability to truly rest. As a family that values quiet and time to recharge, it felt like a retreat we could come back to after visiting the busier areas nearby.All in all, this was a wonderful experience, and we couldn’t recommend this property more highly."

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Peter’s Beach House. All of the furnishings throughout the home were lovely and the equipped kitchen was a joy to cook in. The location simply could not be better, directly on the bay side of the island. It was very clean and communication with property management was great. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the construction on the property next door. It was very loud every day from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, and the construction barge takes up a large portion of that lovely view of the water. We absolutely loved this home and location, and we will be back, just after the construction is complete. "

"Incredible trip! The pictures are what you get (but in person is better). I doubt there’s many better places to stay on North captiva. Private beach, can see sunrise and sunset from the house (amazing sunset view). We would recommend to anyone. It was perfect for our family of 7 (with one infant). We will look forward to staying at WOW again. "

"Excellent rental on it’s own private peninsula at the tip of the island. You definitely need a golf cart to get around. Saw dolphin and manatee from the dock daily. Communication with the host was seamless. Beds could use a mattress upgrade. That’s the only fault I could find. Would 100% return. "

"We loved staying at the paraiso property. The outdoor space was amazing. After walking the entire beach, this property it was definitely among the best for outdoor entertainment. It has it all covered between the pier, beach, pool and patio. The indoor space was also very nice and unique. The property is separated into a main floor (upper) with the kitchen, family room, dining room, two bedrooms and 2 full bath rooms. The beach level has two separate 1 bedroom/1 full bath, rooms. Each separated by its own entry, away from the main, upper level of the house. This works well for privacy but also may not be ideal for families with smaller children. The golf cart was also a nice added feature to the property. Property management was easy to work with and timely with responses to our questions. We look forward to possibly staying there again in August!"
