"Beautiful little place. Clean, tastefully decorated with everything we needed. Hosts were brilliant, checked in to ensure we were fine as did Peppa …. Nice welcoming goody bag of food items in case we’re short on arrival. 5mins by car from Witney so shops were handy. Location was ideal for us. Just lovely!"

"The property was very good, but would have preferred a standard oven rather than an Aga as it took so long to heat up. Whilst we were staying we had to take deliveries of parcels on behalf of the owners as on two occasions delivery companies arrived. I don’t think this is acceptable when you are on holiday. It felt like an intrusion."

"We stumbled onto the Artist’s Residence, and fell in love with it. There room s are so cozy and so artfully designed and decorated. The staff was wonderful. They helped in any way they could. The pub is from another era, a wonderful era. The food is great. The other customers were friendly and interesting. Next time we are anywhere near the area, we’re going to be staying there."

"Our 2 night stay at The Bell was enjoyable. Our room and the en-suite was clean, well presented and quite comfortable although the mattress was showing some signs that it will soon need to be replaced! Breakfasts were delicious, well cooked, generously portioned and a good quality. Our one evening meal was equally good and felt home cooked - far superior to the more usual Green King pub fare we’ve had. On both evenings the 2 real ales on offer were excellent – CAMRA take note! Andy, the landlord was most helpful and certainly went out of his way to ensure our stay went smoothly. Other staff and Ducklington village locals were friendly and welcoming. Guests should be aware of the total absence of any on-site car parking and street parking is not that easy to find in this village."
