"The hut was very clean and comfortable and suited the four of us perfectly. We also appreciated the fact that there were only two other huts in the field and there was space between them. Despite arriving quite late our hostess met us and made sure everything was ok. The swimming pond is a wonderful bonus and we would definitely return. Thank you!"

"We stayed at New Yatt Farm in July 2026 to celebrate my mum and dad’s 80th birthdays, and what a fantastic place it was for such a special occasion. There were 18 of us, plus a dog, and the house accommodated everyone comfortably. The property was absolutely amazing and had everything we could possibly have asked for. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, making it easy to cater for a large group, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend time together. The garden and grounds were perfect for barbecues, outdoor games, and making the most of the beautiful surroundings. Alan was a wonderful host, always available to answer questions and ensure everything ran smoothly. We had a truly memorable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend New Yatt Farm to others. We will definitely be returning soon!"

"Lots of lovely things to say about this property, location, comfort and fully equipped, however, Outdoor furniture was in poor state and a chair was so rotten it disintegrated when I sat on it and we also put another away as it was also rotting. We were advised not to sit on the furniture and the caretaker brought us a bottle of wine as way of an apology which was kind. I think that sort of thing should be considered before renting out fully furnished homes for indoor and outdoor use. Thankfully I was only bruised. I was not expecting the furniture to be replaced at short notice I understand these things take time. I do hope this is acknowledged for future holidaymakers."

"Great location for accessing the cotswolds. Cottage had everything we needed and very comfortable. The biscuits were a great touch. There was a lovely garden to sit and watch the planes to Brize Norton. It was a great area to let the dog have her morning and evening wander. She is a well controlled dog and does not wander off. She loved a great sniff around Only issue was took us a while to workout the hot water"

"What a lovely cosy shepherd's hut in a quiet field with 2 other huts well spaced apart. I never heard any of the other guests. It was perfect as a little hideaway to relax after working in the area. Very clean."
