"When I arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful. They explained about the breakfast hours and the parking. The room was clean and had a great shower. The staff were always willing to bring you fresh towels during the day , if needed.It’s located on a street that’s close to other eateries, which was very nice. I had a lovely time staying there and would not hesitate to stay again."

"We got in early in the morning. We called from airport, the shuttle was prompt . Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice. My partner ate breakfast, he said was good.."

"The portions of the hotel that we used (room, check out desk, elevator, common hallways) were very clean, one of the most important aspects of our stay. Most of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We are used to staying at a hotel chain that provides an included breakfast. We found the Bistro prices awfully high and chose to eat at local breakfast eateries instead. We also usually park our car in the hotel parking lot, but our choices here were to pay for valet parking at $48 a day, or self park in a structure a block away for $40 a night. The total cost for parking was more than one night of our stay. The combination of those two extra expenses soured my experience a bit and is the reason for a 4-star rating."
