"We stayed in this well located main floor condo for the winter of 2023. As it was on the heels of Hurricane Ian, there were a few repairs and cleaning issues at first, but all were remedied very quickly after our arrival. Our host was always available to chat and trouble shoot, and she is very fair. "Convenient location to beach, shopping and restaurants but in a quiet area. Nice open, split bedroom layout, clean and comfortable. Host was very pleasant and responsive! We had everything we needed. We happily used the supplied beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels on beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. The beach themed decor is carried throughout the unit :)"
