"Did not have the breakfast. Did have an issue with the lack of drain covers in the bathroom lavatory resulting in the loss of a black onxy earring that could not be retrieved. Bill provided at checkout reflected $112, but credit card was charged an additional $15 when I checked my statement. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company and the location related to the unauthorized charge. "

"The room was smelly and I checked in at 1:00 am. Thus I opened the window so as to breath but it was very cold. The lady behind the desk at night and morning was extremely nice and sweet and offered to change the room but I was too tired. She really was very nice tho and made the whole experience good."

"The check in process was quick & staff was very friendly. My husband had a medical issue during our stay, and hotel staff was helpful with our situation. Would stay again if back in the area. "
