"Overall a nice stay. It is across from a cemetery, which I should have did more research before to avoid this, however, if you do not have issue with that the house is cute and well equipped. The host is communicative and responsive. The WiFi did not work during our stay, was not a huge deal for us. Bed was comfortable and the house was clean for the most part. Check out instructions a little unclear since there was no dumpster to take trash to and no dishwasher, or clean sponges to wash dishes...

"We had a nice stay. The cottage was clean and ready when we arrived at the place. We liked the location as well. Not too far to go to the beach, shopping area, or to go eat at places. Whenever we had questions before we arrived the host was easy to get in contact with and they sent out easy to follow instructions. Parking right in front of the cottage was ideal. Didn’t have to walk to far to go inside from a warm sunny day at the beach."

"Yes the hotel is older and dated and could use some new carpet and paint but it was clean and the staff was all very friendly and helpful. I got a text as soon as I checked in and they ask you to respond if you need anything. I requested more towels and got an answer immediately and they brought them to me. The pool was perfect temperature and has a nice pergola and layout chairs with a view of the Gulf. The breeze from the water made it a wonderful place to spend the afternoon. The beach is large and beautiful! We ate breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel and enjoyed drinks at the outdoor bar that also has many chairs and some enter (karaoke). We really liked the place and will go back."

"Perfect for two people! We enjoyed our little condo! It’s easy to find easy to get into and in a great location. Has an indoor pool and right across the street is a Sonic and a Starbucks! All you could ever need!"

"We had a cozy and great stay for our weekend beach trip! The place was decorated very nicely and felt welcoming and comfortable. Most importantly, it was very clean, which is always one of the biggest factors for us when choosing a place to stay. Everything was well kept and stocked with the basic necessities we needed for the weekend. We also really appreciated that the property was dog-friendly, which made traveling with our pups so much easier. The only concern we noticed was the restroom flooring. Some areas felt soft when walking on them, possibly from moisture or water exposure over time, so it may be something that needs repair in the future Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and especially appreciated how clean and cozy the property was. A great spot for a weekend beach getaway! We will definitely book again in the future!"

"This place is a true diamond in the rough. Doesn’t look like much on the outside. Isn’t much in the inside either. But it was clean. Very clean. Perfect place to lay your head down after all long day at the beach. And perfectly located on park 22. Literally the last motel on the way to Malaquite Beach. We loved it. We’ll definitely be back."

"My family and I absolutely loved the property. We have stayed at several spots over the years and this one will be one we return to. We especially loved the black cosmetic towels - that detail really matters when most use white cosmetic towels. The only complaint (if any) would be the beds are very very firm but the pull out couch was comfortable."
