"Aulani is at secluded area of Oahu (next to Paradise Cove luau). It is nice and clean. I thought I was going to be greeted by Disney characters around the entrance but they are at certain time and certain place throughout the day. The entrance looks luxurious, clean and the staff are available around where you can ask questions. We arrived early where you can download the app to check in but it has to be 24 hour before so we didn’t make it on time and had to be in line. The line is long but...
