"They still wanted to sell me they place, and they had too many marketing gimmicks. Pretended to give us a complementary night but it was outside of our booking spot (before we were scheduled to arrive) No housekeeping or any services and wants to charge you for anything extra. Condo is otherwise decent and peaceful, nice pool especially for little ones."

"We were very apprehensive about our stay at the Westin prior to our arrival after reading so many negative reviews. I found nothing negative about the Westin and I am a bit of a vacation snob. Our corner room overlooking the ocean in Building 7 was spacious, well equipped and had a beautiful patio area where we enjoyed sunrise and breakfast in the mornings. Check-in was a breeze and every employee at the Westin was friendly and accommodating. Prior reviewers complained about the geese....

"Hanalei Bay Resort & Joan's specific condo unit can be summed up in 3 simple words...Paradise on Earth! Joan certainly does not oversell when she says the view of her condo is absolutely breath taking. It certainly is all of that and then some. We had an unbelievable time on Kauai and loved the peace and serenity of the Hanalei Bay Resort. We can't wait to begin planning our next trip! "

"Easy booking online. Beautiful resort. Great ocean views but no good beach access. Several beaches within driving distance. Shuttle may be available, we saw one but didn’t use it. Exceptionally clean. Friendly staff. Would stay again."
