The room was beautiful and staff were very kind! The only annoying thing was that we weren't able to check in until 4:45pm (even though it states check in was at 4pm, which is already later than most hotels). Hanalei Bay Resort
When we were upgraded to a nicer room due to the poor conditions of the room, we were given our stay was much more enjoyable.
