"Great stay!PROS: Living room and view were amazing! Everything felt very clean. Beds and vibe were super comfortable. We ended up staying in the house more than we thought we would because the vibes were so great. Check-in was easy and host was very responsive. CONS: The kitchen and bathroom felt a little dated compared to the rest of the house, but everything still felt very clean.OVERALL: Highly recommend. The main living space was great and the loft and tall ceilings made the space feel huge. For the price, this is a very good value.Thanks again for the great stay!"

"This lovely property provided us a quiet and peaceful escape from the city. The historic feel of the property adds to its overwhelming charm. The location is perfect as it's tucked back in the bay but still offers amazingly beautiful views. There are plenty of stairs so if mobility is an issue this might not be the place for you. We loved that there are bedrooms on every floor so we could spread out for some privacy. The beds were comfy and the solitude of the outdoors made sleeping comfortably easy. Big Bear has so many activities available and this cabin was close to it all. I would love to visit again on a future trip and spend my time on the patio gazing at the lake and its surrounding wildlife. (We spent quite a while photographing a heron nesting in a nearby tree. Spectacular!) This cabin feels like home and I'm grateful we got to spend time there making memories with our family."
