"We stayed here for a family weekend getaway and had an amazing experience! The house was clean, spacious, and well maintained with comfortable rooms, beds, and fully equipped kitchen that made our stay easy and enjoyable. It also has great games to play indoors (mini pool table, foosball & air hockey) & also PS4 for screen gamers.The host was fast responsive whenever we had a question which we really appreciated.Overall, it is a great place for families or friends looking to relax and have a comfy stay. Highly recommended & would definitely book again."

"House was very run down. Beds old and uncomfortable (also old, flat pillows), lighting in main living area terrible, no central heat and electricity tripped when tried to use kitchen space heater. Housekeeping before us left trash in front of house (animals got into it and we had to clean it up).On the positive: easy check-in/out and management responsive"

"One word to describe? Cozy. The house was very clean and we settled in very easily. Everything we needed for our stay was there. The remote for the living room light/fan wasn't working and we contacted the host and someone responded very quickly and sent the repair person while we were out for a few hours. The house had different heating sources so all rooms could individually adjust the heat to their own comfort and not be frozen or sweating.We didn't try the hot tub, but it was working when I checked.I think the only issues we found while staying here was not the fault of the host. When we tried to contact the host through the VRBO app (this is the first time we've ever used VRBO) the message didn't go through. I just used the text we were sent for the house code to respond.The second issue is that my daughter and I didn't catch any fish in the lake. Boooo!!!! But that's not the fault of the host.Just be mindful that there are a lot of stairs in this house. If you have mobility issues, this could be a problem.I'm sure we'll be trying this house again in teh future."
