"The facility is beautiful. The condo had everything for a comfortable stay. Negatives were there was no extra toilet paper & Kleenex. No safety bars in the shower. The locks on the doors accidentally lock which could be a problem. The garage was a disaster. We had to go down to the office or call the office because the garage codes and clickers didn’t work. The light in the master BR stopped working so we had a light on all night. They did repair it the next day. I felt we should have a reduction in our payment for all the time we had to spend with the issues. All in all we loved the facility. So convenient to the Village. ."

"This was the perfect place for a family of 12. Beautiful views and nice cool weather was awesome after a long summer in Phoenix. This house had enough towels for 5 teenage girls and that's a first. This was our first time in Big Bear and enjoyed everything except for the rain on Sunday. Our grandkids went on the Zipline and the alpine coaster. We also enjoyed the rodeo and how close we were to everything. The only problem we had was not being able to figure out how to turn the oven on. I sent a message and Karen got back to me in 2 minutes. We would definitely recommend this cabin for any group big or small."

"Nice property, conveniently located. I incorrectly assumed that being near the lake, I could walk to the lankeshore. I was incorrect, only certain areas of BBL are open to the public making this a pain point for our stay. The trash situation is kind of annoying and should be made known ahead of time, but overall had a great weekend with a more than adequate home base. Would return"
