When checking-in, a receptionist confirmed that I could leave my luggage at check-out. Next morning, reception was found closed at check-out time. Another guest knocked on the door of the staff room there. A lady answered us and she took my cabin suitcase safely. I was told that the reception would be open from 12pm and I could get my luggage back at the reception anytime later. I told her that I would be back about 1pm. The reception was still closed when I got back around 1.30pm. I knocked the staff room and the same lady responded. She went in the dining room to collect my bag. That was good then. But a thing happened - She pulled the handle on my cabin case and got out of the room with it, and soon started to raise her leg, kick out my case and push it further towards me. With her foot! It was hard to believe it. I took my bag immediately in a shock, commented quietly that it is not really nice (of you) to kick it in, and walked away in big disappointment and discomfort. What is the point of her deliberate kicking someone's, guest's belongings in front of the guest? only to return it? My cabin case was not even heavy, very easy to move it with the wheels on. Disgusting. A staff member spoiled my good impression on the hotel. Except the experience, the hotel stay was good and comfortable. The room was cleaned and the window view was nice. A cleaning staff was very friendly.

Looks exactly as the online pictures. Very centrally located for restaurants, shops and theatres. If it had aircon would be perfect as it’s quite hot even when not in a heatwave
