"The room was very clean and tidy. On the booking it didn't say there breakfast, but when I got into the room there was a lovely breakfast bag. The car park was small but was adequate. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay there. Also the staff were very helpful "

"The barn was beautiful, really well appointed with quality finishes and so comfortable. Only down side was that the hot tub was not working. However I would not hesitate to recommend this as an excellent base for both the broads & Nofolk coast."
