The room was a good size and clean. The bathroom was modern with lots of hot water. It was a quick walk to and from the train station and there are lots of dining options near by. One suggestion is that a small folding rack/table on which to put a suitcase would be handy.

Room was not cleaned professionally. Very dusty to - skirting, doors and radiators - stains on walls and doors to bedroom and bathroom, staining to carpet and torn to areas, heavy residue to walls/tiling inside bathroom - bathroom not clean, mould heavy to areas and paint peeling/mould to bathroom window/reveals. Bathroom window blind mouldy/dirty and not working. Bathroom stunk of damp/cat pee smell. None of the main room wall side lights worked, 3 x of them were extremely loose off the wall. 1 x extremely broken/cracked socket that had been taped over (which was the main accessible socket for the dressing table!), Breakfast was very limited, was told there is no kitchen in the premises for any breakfast (small cereal packets, some fruit, babybels, and toast), milk and yogurts inside a shared staff/customer fridge (did not look professional and smelt). Very poor for the cost of the breakfast, if I had known I would not of included this and purchased breakfast elsewhere. The only good thing about the stay was the staff, one member of staff was super helpful with regards to taxi services. Aside from this, I would not waste my money again on this hotel. It was not what I expected, for the payment of over £100 I would of expected a professionally cleaned property, not broken sockets and exposed electrics. The bathroom smell was offensive I was unable to leave it open for ventilation and to use. The windows were all so heavily mould around edges, it looked awful. Never again.

Nice, good value Hotel. Room was clean with plenty of space. Tea and coffee facilities with nice biscuits. Bathroom was clean with modern fittings. Easy walk to Norwich station and Norwich City centre.

The management and staff was always friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel has been clean, warm and cozy during the cold period. Fantastic location - walking distance from the train, buses and various dinning establishments and attractions. Staff has always been accommodating with any issue and willing to give recommendations! I would certainly recommend using this hotel again in the future!

Incredible value for money - spotless and very comfy. Lovely staff - my Son is in Norwich so i use this hotel when I visit. And if you're lucky you can have a free parking space. Love it!!
