"Absolutely loved my stay at Park Royal! The hotel and its facilities are excellent, clean, modern, and comfortable. The room was spacious and in a great location. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were very accommodating with an early check-in and late check-out, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!"

"Rooms were clean and spotless. Staff was very courteous. We tried to hail a cab but could not get one as it was peak hour. I requested the hotel staff to book one for us. They immediately booked it. The staff even helped move our luggage from the street back to the hotel and from the hotel to the cab when it arrived. Staff's service was above and beyond. I would highly recommend. Also the hotel is very close to MRT station which makes it very convenient."

"The reception staff were polite and extremely helpful. The kingsize room was excellent. Clean and with all the facilities required for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was very good, a wide variety of food options available, and clear information advising when the busiest times are incase you wanted to avoid them. The hotel was central with easy access to the MRT stations, shops etc. We downloaded the Comfort taxi app and had no trouble getting taxis to and from the hotel if we were going further afield. I would happily visit again, and would recommend the hotel. "
