"Great experience. Staff, especially Karin was exceptional. We had one night where there were kids running up and down the hall knocking on the door and running off until about three in the morning. Then we were awakened that morning by one of the managers asking if we had six people staying in our room, which we did not, there were 3 as stated in our reservation. He woke me up to ask this after being kept up most of the night before. We actually stayed about 10 days as I was recovering from an accident and had no transportation to my work which was a walk from the Drury, I was close to doctors and hospital and also the quiet was much needed. Other than this one dark experience and his attitude towards us, our stay was a 99% A rating."
