"The staff was amazing. They were so helpful in everything we asked for. The only bad thing was their market was not open so we had to have food delivered. But it was very clean and they had a working elevator and it wasn't a long hike to get to the room. I will definitely be staying there next time. "

"Whether you are into gambling or not, this hotel is excellent if you are staying in St. Louis! The staff are friendly, professional, and quick to accommodating with whatever you need. The food options are great and the room is cozy and relaxing. In addition, this hotel has free parking; so no traversing through layered garages if you don't want to! (Though it is an option if you so fancy it.)"

"No breakfast provided. Bathroom tub and toilet turn of the century. technology current even excellent. Ice machines didn't work. Parking places which cost $15.00. SIze of small compact car so a mess."
