"The staff needs more hospitality training. There was only one ice maker on floor 2. I would have love to have had an ice maker working on my floor. The breakfast was 20 of 5, Excellent. The room was clean and the air conditioner was working great. When I return to Clayton, I would stay there again."

"Staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The breakfast was exceptional, and the lady that took our order\served us was wonderful. The coffee maker in the room is my only real complaint It did not work well and made really bad coffee. No coffee available in the lobby."

"Room was clean, earning 2 stars. However, this location is right next to a kid's theme park so the indoor pool is a huge selling feature for families. A lot of kids all over the place. Hot tub was broken. They said it just happened, but it's in other reviews and they were downright rude about it. Food provided at the happy hour is hotdogs, chips and cheese... kid themed food. Would not stay here again. Parking is $19."

"The front desk manager (I believe her name was Roseanna) was amazing, patient and possibly the nicest person we met on our 6 week trip. "

"Hotel is beautiful and it’s right in the middle of all the activities (ropes course, rides, mini golf, etc…). I made the mistake of taking the train from the airport thinning the hotel was accessible directly from the union station stop. It is not. I had to carry suitcases up stairs and I walked into the aquarium entrance where a very sweet and kind information services lady took me to the hotel side via a short cut. You need a room key to utilize the shortcut tho so had it not been for her I would have had to walk a block or so around. Not a big deal but with a little kid, not ideal. The hotel is huge and spread out a but within the old train station but the facilities were really nice, all the attractions were clean and fun. Overall I’d highly recommend it. One thing to note, the pool was closed - no water in it at all (not sure why)? Doesn’t seem it’s been used in a while."
