Pre-trip communication and the airport shuttle were also great. The only downside was that all furniture, textiles & carpets were in desperate need of replacement/updating. "

"We had a room next to stair way. Kept slamming, with a baby was not ideal. And there was huge spider nesting in the corner. Lot of windy noise. The aesthetic was great, just needed a little bit of deep clean "
