"Did not meet the expectations I had for our stay"

"We checked and went to our room. It was dirty walls had patches, and never really fix properly. Dirt on the tables instantly pulled the comforter back and spotted bedbugs."

"Average experience, breakfast wasn’t available the time we wanted it, even though it was within time frame. We had to wait 10 min for someone to show up to check us in."

"Very clean room. I had the unfortunate timing of being a guest at the same time of a basketball tournament so had many basketball boys running the hallways late at night. But overall amenities were great. "

"First time staying here and it was great! The staff was friendly, our room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We didn’t have to get up at 4 am to make it to breakfast, it didn’t end until 10, which was perfect! Great place to stay if you’re seeing a concert at the MegaCorp Pavilion!"
