"My flight arrived close to midnight, so I especially appreciated the 24-hour airport shuttle, even though it appears to be a private vehicle & driver contracted by the hotel. It was a small sedan, so families and larger groups need to ask if that’s the only vehicle available for shuttle. This hotel is older, but I found the bed to be comfortable and the breakfast to be adequate with a few hot items."

"The most impressive part of my stay, and the reason I will continue to use this as my hotel of choice when I come to Cleveland for work (Cleveland Clinic) is due to Pamela at the front desk. Amazing customer service!!! Her professionalism, kindness and efficiency is inspiring, and sorely missing from most other hotels in the area. She is a gem - I hope you appreciate what a fine employee she is. Roman was also extremely friendly, professional and a great representative for your organization. Not too thrilled with carpeted floors (most other locations have manufactured flooring), but won't go anywhere else due to Pamela and Roman. David Gunteens"
