"Clean room parking was not complicated "

"The room was dirty, I had to have my daughter bring me stuff to clean. TV did not work, then when they fixed it no remote. Toilet over flowed, I told the front desk twice and it did not get fixed. I had my daughter once again bring me a trash bag to I could sit in the toilet and use it without flushing. I was cleaning and the towel rack fell off the wall. Hallway smelled horrible like a urine filled nursing home. Thw window would not close. It says no pets but I definitely saw a few. The sheets where dirty, I went to Walmart to purchase me own. 1 burner on the stove worked. When I asked for another room I was told mine was one of the best. I will never stay here ever again."

"My friend and I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights on a girls trip. The location was perfect, within a 10-20 minute drive of everywhere we wanted to go. We were able to check in a little early which was extremely convenient for us! We were also pleasantly surprised by the hotel doing a complimentary “happy hour” each evening of our stay with up to 3 drinks and a handful of snack options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"A nice hotel, only negative was I could hear the planes taking off multiple times at night."

"Had room 208, one of the first rooms at the top of the stairs. Smelled marijuana all night long, had horrible water pressure, and the entire stay there was someone opening and shutting a very heavy and loud door close by, and I mean alllll night long. Woke me up several time. Only had like three channels that worked on the television, which was annoying, and the ones that did work are digital and kept cutting out so it was pointless to even try to turn the television on to block out the sound of the loud door. Extremely poor hot water pressure too, so I basically had to take a cold shower. The room was clean, the hard floors were nice, it’s just a really old facility. The lady working the desk was friendly, the area felt really safe, and it was super convenient for someone flying out the next day. Easy drive to the airport parking garages, and you can park on the hotel site too and shuttle back and forth. Had I brought a fan with me to block out all the noise my stay would’ve been much better, and it’s my fault for not doing so, I guess. If you stay here, expect the bare minimum, or to just be disappointed in general."

"Facility was adequate but had old decor and stale smell in the room. Everything needs to be refurbished, like room carpet, doors, bathroom floor, furniture. The second floor ice machine looked like it hasn't worked for a long time and should be removed. Overall, it served the purpose for the booking. It provided a bed and bathroom, refrigerator, coffee maker. I think there was a microwave but I didn't need to use it."
