"My only issue is they don't have ceiling fan on the room and for a woman dealing with menopause and the room was at a standing 68 degress, i was so upset that i forgot my fan. Everything else was beautiful i just wish at the temp that the outdoor pool had been open. "

"Pool seating comfy. End of hallway 1br suite was excellent. Would stay again. The parking garage does fill up if you arrive late on Friday/saturday. Even if it’s full you still have to pay the very expensive daily parking rate. Elevators in the parking levels can be unreliable at times. The front desk was very helpful the times it happened. Glad there are hotel phones around the property. "

"The hotel was very nice and the room was spotless. Decor throughout was upscale and all staff members I encountered were friendly. The restaurants were all good to great with the exception of the Burger Joint, where I encountered slow service and an unkempt dining area. The casino was tight, but offered a good variety of games, although the games in the non-smoking area were dated. I had an issue at check in but Kesia took care of it to my satisfaction. I have already recommended this property to others."
