"Had trouble figuring out the TV but a staff person came quickly to explain the remotes. Unfortunately I had suffered a leg injury & there was no elevator for our 2nd floor unit."

"Our stay was wonderful. The location is very convenient for West Glacier National park. The hotel is upgraded and minimalistic although missing some key amenities - no microwave or coffee machine in the rooms. Most importantly, no elevator on the property which is not a great idea if you have a lot of luggage. overall a great stay hotel in the area. excellent views"

"While we were in our room, the maintenance guy used a key to come in without knocking. He said there was a leak on the floor below us that he had to check our room for. Then that same day while we were gone, someone apparently came in the room and did something in the bathroom and left debris scattered all over the bathtub and counter, and then put our towels, that we had used on the floor. Which would’ve been fine, but housekeeping never brought us new towels."

"The hotel is located near to downtown Whitefish area (about 1 mile walk to town). Beautiful grounds and golf course setting near the river. We've stayed here before and like the hotel. This stay was not as good as before - pool was being upfitted / serviced so grandkids could not swim (wish they had told us this earlier so we would have planned another activity for them)."
