"Front desk needs a bell so guests can get their attention for check in"

"The rooms were dated. Bathrooms need to be updated. Bed and pillows were good. "

"Bed too soft, couldnt get comfortable. I was there overnight because I was having surgery in the morning and getting up at 3a to driive to San Antonio. There were no water glasses in the room, so taking evening meds was difficult. Desk attendant was busy setting up breakfast, so couldn't check out properly, just left keys in a basket at the counter. The place was nice looking and everything was clean, but it wouldnt be my choice to stay if having further surgery."

"Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t like the toilet was in a separate room from the shower. "

"The hotel is very old everything the elevator was scratched, the carper, the room doors as soon you get out from the elevator small a curry inside the room as well. Terrible I can say this is may worst experience. The breakfast the same terrible the staff unfriendly you could see that they were fed up already with averting and every one. The front desk staff were friendly but I won’t ever stayed in this hotel ever; the hotel is falling apart "
