"My stay at the Goat House was magical. The decor and the whole ambiance were superb as was the service. Samantha was very welcoming and extremely helpful. I arrived somewhat later than expected. I was on my way to a function which was further away than anticipated. Samantha kindly offered to take me there and collect me afterwards. This made the whole evening far more enjoyable for me as i didn't have to worry about driving and maybe getting lost. Breakfast was brought to me in the morning...

"Whereever we stay, we find it noisy, because we live in a very quiet rural area. Some others may not even notice the road noise."

"This was a wonderful house to stay in, it worked especially for us just wanting the one night, with a bath and allowing dogs! So it ticked all the boxes for us. The bedroom is huge with an en-suite bath and shower room next door. Imogen and Terry were the perfect hosts and breakfast was enough to feed many more than just the two of us!"

"I booked this room for my three sons (all in their 20's) for a University of Lincoln Graduation. The room was very clean and comfortable and what I expected for the very reasonable price that was charged which also included breakfast. The bed linen and towels were nice and fresh. The shower room was shared between several rooms but was always available when my sons went to use it. The owner is very friendly and helpful and allowed me to pay on checkout which is rare nowadays. "

"The cottage is situated in a peaceful rural environment yet just a minute or two's drive from the A52 with easy access to Grantham, Nottingham and beyond. The cottage itself is spacious and homely with every facility you could wish for. We loved it. Lynn has thought of everything and likes to communicate personally to ensure her guests are fully briefed about the cottage, its history and the local area. Fabulous!"
