"Staff was nice. Room was just okay... no hand soap, shampoo, nothing. No blankets in rooms only a sheet. So bring everything you might need. Didnt charge a deposit so that was a plus."

"I booked the stay on ORBITZ. I had been flying all day and was exhausted! There was a 50,000 person Volley Ball Tournament in Louisville and EVERY Hotel/Motel was SOLD OUT! When I arrived I was told they did not have a Room for me because ORBITZ over sold the property, That’s called overselling and the the Property in question would, what we call that industry, walk you to another/sister property. The woman working the Desk was clearly overwhelmed and offered NOTHING not even a bottle of water. So determined, mind you the reservation was Paid -In-Full to get this resolved, I call ORBITZ directly and spoke first to Pranav who because it was above his pay grade transfer me to the resolution department for which I then spoke to Lloyd. I explained the situation in full detail and waited while he called the property for which I could hear the Front Desk speaking to him. Fast forward, he would put me on hold while calling every Hotel/Motel in a 25 mile radius to no avail and then repeatedly calling the front Desk. The property called the owner (so I was told) who miraculously found a Room. I arrived at 9:30pm and was given a Room 2hrs later. The lady working that Desk apologized for the error. There was a heavy set gentleman who was of absolutely NO HELP at another gentleman (of whom I believe was of Latin decent) cleaned the Room and made sure I was comfortable, ORBIZ gave me a partial refund for the error but I will be moving on. Very poor communication amongst term all."

"The hotel was very nice and clean as it is still new. No complaints about the staff. They were all fantastic! For me, the bed was horrible! I woke up with the most awful back, neck, & shoulder pain for 2 days. My room backed up to I264, a very busy highway. Every single time a big truck would pass by you could hear noise, very disturbing. I could not ask for a different room because they were booked. None of this is the fault of anyone at the local hotel. I don’t understand why you would build a hotel next to the highway like that. It’s sort of my fault because I did not pay attention to it being next to the highway. The website says NOTHING about having to pay $50 PER NIGHT damage fee! When I got to the hotel, they’re asking me to pay $100 because I paid for two nights ahead of time! You could’ve taken the money out when I paid for the hotel, when I had the money! They would not let me check in without this money! I realize there are people that would destroy property, but I’m not one of them! You’re making the innocent people pay for the mean people problems! Not everybody has an extra $50 per night! I don’t have a credit card, I had to use my debit card. I did not have an extra $100 and they would not let me check in! I know I will get it back but it’s a huge inconvenience because I had to borrow it from somebody! If you want to fee, you need to take it out when I make the reservation! You put a huge hardship on me and your embarrassed the heck out of me! "

"Parking was easy, and free. The staff was exteremly polite. Clean toom, and it was very close to the concert we we're going to. The deposit was also returned to my account afterwards, because I didn't smoke in the room, or break anything. I would stay at this hotel again"
