"in general the stay was excellent, although it shows a sign of wear and tear in the balcony (it is still safe and sturdy) or in the spa/swimming area, all seem to keep in good condition. staff are all helpful and friendly, we were staying in the tiger bay floor (top floor) and it was quiet, the bed is comfortable and the view from the room is very nice. We will be staying again."

"Delicious breakfast - both buffet style and with a few other dishes you can order off a small menu. Room was super clean and the shower was fantastic! Definitely recommend this if you are visiting Cardiff - it’s 5 minutes away from the castle and 5 minutes to the train that can take you down to the bay. Everyone was so nice and it’s a good value for the money. Slight inconvenience- the parking is in a big city garage a few blocks away so getting your luggage to/from is cumbersome. But everything else more than made up for it!"
