The heart of the villa is its open-plan living space, incorporating a cozy living room with a sofa and TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, juicer, and oven. Sleeping arrangements include two queen-sized bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms with showers.



The villa's charm is enhanced by its extensive terraces, furnished with tables, chairs, and sun loungers, ideal for relaxation or entertaining. A highlight is the private pool, along with a traditional wood-burning oven and barbecue for al fresco dining. Its historic center features the majestic Cathedral of Noto and the Palazzo Ducezio, showcasing stunning Baroque architecture and the famed Sala degli Specchi. Nearby, the pristine Calamosche Beach, hailed as Italy's most beautiful beach in 2005, awaits with its crystal-clear waters.



The villa is conveniently located approximately 5.6 km from the train station, with Catania and Comiso airports at around 90 and 80 km respectively.
