"Big stain on the carpet , sink was cracked in several places . No plug near the bed to charge phone , to boil the kettle I had to balance the kettle on the window cill board . Room needs attention "

"The staff were great. Unfortunately the decor is dated and the rooms are tired albeit clean. Our room (111) had a faulty extractor fan so the room got steamed up on the first evening. This was not a problem the second morning as there was no hot water!! The drainage from the shower and sink was slow so we had to make sure neither overflowed. Breakfast was fine although the coffee machines needed a good clean. "

"Nice hotel, quirky. Though the music in the bar/restaurant was a bit loud. Other than that a nice enough stay. Lacking in wardrobe space but okay for an overnight close to the M1. "

"Clean room with extremely comfortable king bed. Well stocked bathroom, towels etc. Friendly staff, particularly Tushie who helped us when our room card had not been activated for the club lounge."
