"Highly recommend finding another place to stay in Coba or elsewhere. This place is clearly gearing up to be sold. Almost no staff around, and limited service. We booked this hotel to use the complimentary bikes and access to spa services as provided in the description when booking as we wanted to bike to the Coban ruins. They did not have these, so we decided to check out the next day. The front desk manager, who had no idea of anything going on, checked us out and said we would be refunded for the second night of our reservation. We didn’t get refunded, and low and had to fight with the hotel to get a refund which they never provided even though we didn’t stay the second night. They misrepresented their booking and stole our funds— do not stay at this property. They also changed their Expedia description after I had complained though my screenshots had proof of their original offerings. "

"Amazing rooms. Beautiful hotel. Amazing cocktails and food… truly amazing service…. but… No coffee in your room or alcohol in the minibar so maybe bring your own. Maybe we should have called for room service. It is so close to the ruins and right on the lake. Lovely walks around the city. Definitely will be going back. Such a treasure. "
