It is. Great and safe property, 24/7 front desk, lovely staff and very close to ADO round trip for Cancun Airport for.a feat price. The only thing get to my attention was the bed sheet and bathroom tower was very old and stained, I thought in the future they need to get a new ones for the facility because is very good property.

We absolutely love Live Aqua! Have been here many times. Some things are showing age like the big fountain in the entry way but that’s an easy fix. Staff is always amazing and the food exquisite. The pools, beach and spa are phenomenal. Coming back next year!
I’m not a big fan of the rubber ducks they added to the fountain though. I feel like it brings the class down a notch. I’m there for the ambiance. Not rubber ducks.
