"Room was clean. Front lobby check in counter was saturated with a liquid; my arms were soaked. Found out it was Febreeze. WHY they had to saturate it with it is beyond me. Check in guy was a bit of a jerk, hence 4 stars. Katie at checkout was great."

"I love that they have a dinner option and the breakfast is great. Beds are comfortable and I feel the building is very secure. The only dislike was the parking. There were some type of utility company staying there and they took up 3-4 spaces with their trailers. Maybe a better parking situation"

"The staff was excellent our only negative occurred when a previous guest broke a bottle in the outdoor swimming pool, thus the pool was closed during our stay. Swimming in the outdoor pool was one of the reasons why we chose to stay at the Elms. "
