"Room was ok for us for the night, def would not stay more than that. Drain in our tub was broken if you wanted to take a bath vs shower. Friendly staff! Breakfast was meh, but good enough for a quick bite"

"Major leak outside our door to "the only available room", even though multiple rooms were later given out. 2 trashcans sat outside of our door collecting water, until housekeeping later put a trash bag in one. Entire parking lot/driveway is in need of repair, obvious laziness and neglect of the basic job requirements necessary for basic upkeep. "

"Everything was good, just the fridge too small and not able to freeze our ice packs, and the price looks too high "

"We were told to be extra careful when we showered because the steam could trip the very sensitive fire alarm which we’d be charged $500 for if it went off. Place was clean due to what I imagine is fear of anyone moving or potentially making any sort of action which may trip the Fire Alarm. Mothman did not prophesize this."

"The room was clean. Jamie was our 1st new friend we made after moving to Portsmouth. She and the rest of the staff were so helpful in answering all of our questions."

"Very polite front desk staff. They were understaffed she said so that kind of helped a bit with understanding why the place seemed so dirty. Room was fairly clean. Mirrors looked like they were cleaned with a dirty rag. Elevator was nasty and sounded like a death trap. Breakfast was pretty good. Fresh food was brought out and everything was clean. Bed was awful. It was on a metal sheet frame so everytime you moved it made a loud sound. "
