"Was a cute stay. Apartment is small but was plenty of room for us. There is a nice outdoor seating are and ping pong table. Small coffee shop across the street as well. There is currently construction during the day out front which would have been helpful to know. The area will be beautiful once the construction is done. Would also be helpful to have a curtain over the open window in the bathroom since it looks out into an area people pass by. We would stay here again if in the area."

"The place was as described. Unfortunately we got some unusual cold and wet weather and given that this is really a beach stay, we didn't get to take advantage of everything. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to opt for an upstairs unit - floors are very thin and you can hear everything. Super easy check in and check out and really nice and clean."

"Lovely studio exceptionally clean and quiet. The entrance is through a gate on the right of the main house and then through a longer pathway to the studios. If the owner wouldn’t have been present to greet me, I wouldn’t have known how to get in the studio through the side gate. That would’ve been confusing for me. It’s a very large property and we felt very safe. There is only street parking available. Their communication was excellent."

Of course, there's always THAT guy or gal who yells "don't worry, he's friendly!" Overall, most folks are friendly and my dog loved the beach. We also walked to the Marina Park, about a mile away. "I came to town with my husband to run a marathon. This home was in the perfect location, walking distance to the expo and finish line. It also turned out to be conveniently located by a handful of restaurants and a grocery store! We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the backyard games. The host was excellent with communication as well. I’ll stay here next year if we decide to run that marathon again….. which we likely will!"

"Walk to the beach. Nice hottub. Well apportioned furniture, some older items. Has everything you need in an apartment. Tiffany was great, easy to work with in setting up the booking, responsive to our needs and very likable. I would stay here again and highly recommend it!"
