"The front desk staff was amazing. Our flight was ridiculously delayed so the front desk attendant extended our checkout without me asking. We were very appreciative of the shuttle service after our flight got in at 1:00 a.m."

"The pictures were misleading, my first room had mold everywhere and the room smell horrible, and the ceiling was leaking. Everything was out dated and they had to switch my room. The other room was a little better still outdated, but I was right across from a building that had construction going on my whole stay and the view was horrible. My air conditioning went out but the maintenance guy came right away to fix it. There are really no amenities and they only clean your room every three days. No microwave anywhere but your room has a very small fridge. There is also a connected door in the rooms to your neighbor and I did not like that. The staff was very helpful but there was only so much they could do. I read good reviews and the pics look nice but it’s nothing like what it appears. I was very disappointed."

"The hotel is okay there is a lot of variation in room types. We paid extra for a balcony and unfortunately the balcony rooms in the Versaille tower were over the convention center so the air conditioners were extremely loud. There are ashtrays on the balcony and the next door neighbors were smoking which made, this made the balcony useless to us. The ashtray on our balcony had cigarette butts in it when we checked in. Anything you purchase at the hotel is extremely expensive and has an added 20% charge. The pools and gym are very nice. Food quality is very good but is expensive."

"Booked the floor to ceiling windows oceanfront suite. First room was in 4th floor couldn't see anything. Second room floor 12 had a roach in it. Third room 14th floor ended being decent. All 3 rooms were identical which is outdated. Didn't even have ABC on TV couldn't watch the playoffs. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful! That would be the only reason I webt back for the staffing was phenomenal!"
