"From the moment I arrived, I knew I’d made the right choice. This quaint, boutique hotel strikes the perfect balance between charm and practical comfort. Location & Transportation: The hotel is wonderfully situated, just steps from public transit (metro/train/bus), making it super easy to get around. Whether you’re headed to the city sights or commuting farther out, everything feels accessible. Cleanliness & Comfort: The room was spotless — floors, linens, bathroom, everything was well maintained. The décor has character, without sacrificing comfort. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities worked as expected (air conditioning, hot water, etc.). It felt like a place where someone cares. Staff / Service: The staff were exceptional. From front-desk greetings to recommendations for dinner, they were warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. They went out of their way to accommodate small requests and made everything easy. It felt like staying at a place run by people who want you to feel welcome, not just another guest. Overall Impression & Return Factor: I left with absolutely no hesitation: I would stay here again.
