The apartment is very nice and very conveniently located near Main train and Bus stop. But the AC was not working and the appartment was clearly not prepared to sleep without AC. The main room window would not open. They did not provide fans or any other alternative. Just provided a discount.

A nice room hotel with a kitchen. Easy to access, own portal with everything you need, many kitchen accessories needed, and a nice bathroom. Also possible to use a laundry service with a link, very easy. Very easy, only thing is parking could be better.

Horrible stay

One of the most horrible stays. When we landed in the place the AirCo was not working, amenities were missing (no toiletries). First we were told things will be fixed the next day and next day morning we were told that it will not be and will be provided a 10 euro refund. Rude and unacceptable behaviour from the staff as well. Very unpleasant stay

Unable to prepare food (except toast) because the hob didn't work - so had to eat out more than planned. Several communcations relating to the problem but no solution was forthcoming except empty promises to fix

Eine große Überraschung ist, dass bei der Buchung eines Zimmers mit einem Bett und einem Schlafsofa für zwei Personen das Schlafsofa nicht schlafbereit gemacht wird und nicht einmal zusätzliche Bettwäsche bereitgestellt wird, damit der Kunde das Bett machen kann.

Für Familien super geeignet. Das einzige was nicht so schön war kein eigner Parkplatz bzw Parkhaus.Wir hatten glück und haben zweimal draußen ein Parkplatz gefunden waren aber auch immer erst spät im hotel so das die Innenstadt schon geschlossen war am Tage ist da grausam.und mann muss entweder weiter weg parken oder lange suchen.

Het was in beide kamers erg warm. In de ene kamer deed de airco het ook niet. Maar in de andere kamer was t ook erg warm. En ik vond wel haren op de wc bril. De regendouche spoot alle kanten op. Dat zou dus beter kunnen. Verder prima. Koffie en thee bij aankomst.

Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend!…ankommen und wohlfühlen!..es ist alles vorhanden !!Auch die Umgebung ist gut!…es ist vielleicht nicht die edelste Umgebung…,wir haben uns aber nicht unwohl gefühlt.und Lokale,Bäcker und Cafés sind in direkter Nähe.

Ich hatte die Unterkunft kurz nach Eröffnung bewohnt u war nun bei erneuten Besuch schockiert über den verwohnten Zustand in so kurzer Zeit. Demontierte Badspiegel u WC Deckel, demolierter Couchtisch, zerrupfte Tagesdecke, Krümel auf n Boden, dreckige Küchenstühle, u Wände. Mein Highlight waren Bierdosenverschlüsse im Bilderrahmen. Vom Wow zur abgeranzten Bude. Schade!
