Even though the reception is only open 9am-5pm, the hotel staff were very good at communicating with us through WhatsApp even when outside of these hours. The hotel feels very private. It's a great place to stay if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the historic center...you get more of a "local feel." That worked well for us, but it may not be for everyone.
