Lovingly updated cottage near ocala national forest, ocala, the villages, silver springs state park ocklawaha river boat launch. Beach near restaurant famous Gator Joe's. Owners Dave and Laura live next door, are available for pontoon boat rides down the ocklawaha river leading to fresh water springs.You can hike and bike ride the any trails in the national forest.Take a short ride to eat on beach or much entertainment in the villages.

Quiet and relaxing!

Thank you Laura and David, for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The place is set up so nice, we felt right at home. It is very clean and has everything you need. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch, grilling out and camp fires. We spent time at Gator Joe’s, learning about the history of Ma Barker and spent some time in the Villages. The weather was perfect!

Great Place to Getaway!

We came down from the north & snow to hike & snorkel in the Ocala Forest. Dave & Laura's place was perfect. Clean, comfortable and convenient to all we wanted to do. We were able to hit Salt Springs, Silver Glen, Alexander Springs, Juniper Springs, De Leon Springs, Silver Springs, Rainbow Springs & River, Rock Springs. Akiwa Springs... a number of state parks, and we crisscrossed the forest on the 4wd roads. We had a wonderful time and Dave & Laura place was perfect for our needs.

We had a great stay. Our toddlers loved the open space around the house. Our parents loved the porches. The house was very clean and had the necessities. It is conveniently located to the Ocala National Forest Springs we wanted to visit. We would definitely come back again.
