The ladies that run the Pink Flamingo office are the sweetest ladies that you will ever meet. I will use this as one of my places to stay on my next vacation. Love the heated pool and the rooms are awesome ! Thank you so much the ladies for such a wonderful experience. I will highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Although there were some positives, We were disappointed with their T.V line up. We could not even see Sunday night Football. One day the maid emptied the trash in the bath , but not in the main room. We also had a situation were another guest had a key to our room and attempted to enter our room.

Amazing staff : very friendly and helpful. Building in needs of renovation, dark hallways, room smells bad not because housekeepers not cleaning, they work very hard, everything so old and worn out.Not safe to stay in Tower 2 with unlocked door to elevator and no staff to control access to the building.

This is an amendment to my review concerning an unruly guest staying next door. I posted that I couldn’t get a response from the office but they did answer on a later call. After she answered, she addressed the problem and moved me to another room. Today, the manager called and was very nice apologizing for the incident. I told her it wasn’t the hotels fault. I’ve been staying at the Flamingo for many years and will return.

No staff on site after hours. I made the mistake of not checking my balcony door and found out it was open when a man from the room next door jumped over the railing, slid my door open and shined a flashlight in my face as I was laying in bed. I had a few choice words for him as he slid the door closed and went back to his room. I should’ve called the police but didn’t. I called the office to complain since even after that they were noisy. This isn’t the hotels fault other than not having someone on site with guests in the hotel seems like an issue to me. I’ve stayed here many times, I don’t expect 5 star but this isn’t acceptable.

Definitely get what you pay for. If you are looking for something spotless and fancy, this isn’t the place for you. We were looking for someplace cheap and close to the beach for a long weekend. It did the job. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again if I had to. But it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Overcharged
Was not made aware of hidden charge of $200.00 for incidentals was not even shown on the bill at check out for either party by. The table was falling apart, and wholes in the wall had to take picture and message them to the office they wouldn’t even come check. The showed up to install a hair dryer and left tools laying behind in the sink while we were out. They say they will give us back the money but we will see and see how long it takes.

Everything worked fine and the room looked clean. This place definitely needs some updating, but it is a good value for the price. It also has an indoor and outdoor pool, which was nice. I’m staying there again in two weeks.

The best part of this motel is the location. Quick walk to the beach! The room was pretty spacious but the bathroom needs updating and a deep clean. Housekeeping was always on time and very friendly. The pools definitely need cleaning, we didn’t feel Comfortable swimming in them.

Really enjoyed the stay. Ocean view room, next to the beach, big pool, clean and walkable places to eat or shopping. I just wish the towels were bigger, but I had fresh towels everyday.

Our bed broke while I was laying on it in the middle of the night. It just fell through the frame. Plus the plug covers were not secured to the walls and some of the lamp fixtures did not. Also one of the sheets had a big brown stain. The room was not blaintently dirty but the room was a bit grungy.
