"When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned. The host was at first responsive--but as we discovered that the TV didn't work, there were not enough plates even for two people, and no information about how to operate the mini-splits or gas stove, we realized that we could spend our vacation reaching out to the host to request repairs/guidance/replacement...or we could move to another property and enjoy ourselves. "Best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. The breakfast attendant kept items well stocked. She made sure that vacated tables were cleaned and ready for the next guests to enjoy their meal. The room was kept very clean. I really enjoyed the fresh pancakes that were made to order by a pancake machine! Also, the pool and hot tub were great. The area was kept clean and towels were well stocked. Our room was also very spacious and immaculate."

"The hotel is getting a new parking garage so parking was at a premium. But the FREE valet service makes it worthwhile for sure. The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. The buffet breakfast in the morning is top-notch and everyone I spoke to was very helpful accommodating, and truly acting like they enjoyed their job. I was traveling with my teen daughter and we felt safe and well taken care of staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your place. Will definitely book here again next time in area."
