The second time I've stayed at this hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy, and only a short walk from Warwick Avenue Underground station and Little Venice.
Behind the hotel is a bar/off-licence called 'Real Drinks', lots of different beverages you can drink in or take away, and a superb pub called 'The Prince Alfred'.

Room was clean and comfortable and modern but had a drains smell.the restaurant wasn’t open and the pub where you could eat was very busy and noisy. But would stay here again

Beautiful property. Rooms are n the small side but very nice and comforable. The staff is friendly and fantastic and the food in the pub is world class. Highly recomend the 3 Falcons

Property is excellent with a 10 min walk to
Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Station. In London without the massive crowds surrounding the hotel. Breakfast is in their huge restaurant across the street only for hotel guests. The breakfast buffet has virtually anything one person could want to eat.I definitely will stay here again when in London. I

We visited the 21st of November and we loved it. We arrived a bit earlier than expected and check in wasnt until 3.30 but there were no problems with using the spa area before hand.
