"Beautiful location, very welcoming and friendly hosts. Lovely cosy property, very clean and tidy. A good size for the two of us and Charlie the dog. Ideally situated for some awesome walks. Definitely looking to go back in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone."

"We had an amazing overnight stay at the Annex. Nancy, the host, could not have been more welcoming, informative and helpful. The cottage was ideal for our particular needs - a rather last minute booking - and very clean and well equipped throughout. It was beautifully warm, and the property is set deep in a very beautiful part of lovely Exmoor. Would highly recommend this cosy cottage for a couple and reasonably priced as well. "

"Although all the kitchen area wa fine the furiture especialy the sofa are worm or tired looking sofa in ad ert picture shows fake leather complete but now its worn through in places and has a throw covering the seat. In the bathroom screws that hold the radiator in the adjoining room have come through the wall.Alot of the curtains look old,one light in the bedroom did not work.We feel that a lot of work and some furniture and curtaining needs to be replaced.we would not recommend this property...
