"My favorite hotel in Osaka!"

"Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few challenges. The hotel was a bit difficult to find, especially since we arrived late at night, which made check-in more stressful than expected. While the staff was polite, the overall condition of the hotel did not quite match the photos online—the property felt older and somewhat outdated. That said, the room was still functional and provided what we needed for the night. With some updates and clearer directions for arrival, this place could offer a much better experience."

"Kishibe is a little bit away from Osaka and Shin Osaka station. It’s a nice hotel and worth staying. It’s right next to a hospital and has a supermarket and cafes in the same building along with a 7-11."

My wife and I enjoyed having tea and cake in the sakura lounge very much. My room was as good as ever. I am very disappointed it is closing. I think this is a big mistake for the area and for the regular customers and staff"
