The entire staff was so very professional, polite and very personable and helpful in every way. Not only the room was worth the price but is was so cute, clean, and the best part for me…..very quite. So well worth it and needed!

Linen was dirty and had several stains and had to be replaced. Staff shortage caused me to have to replace the linen myself. Also there was no parking available I had to park in the grass. They didn’t mention that parking was an extra $20 per night when I booked the room at this hotel otherwise I never would have booked with this hotel. The overall experience was less than what simple accommodations you expect at any hotel. I recommend booking with a different hotel. My wife and I picked this hotel as we were in town for our anniversary and will never stay here again.

The room was nice but there was an unpleasant smell and it is right next to a night club that is very loud. Staying in Times Square in NYC was quieter at night.

Great room. Breakfast was gone by 10am; thankfully, there was coffee, but the fresh fruit was past its prime. Very friendly staff.

The room was really clean and convenient but alittle noisy with the local traffic even with ear plugs. The breakfast was great with real sausage and bacon but out of coffee for a bit. Ice machine out on 3rd floor had to go to 2nd but not too bad.

A complete catastrophe of a hotel - and I am not exaggerating. $20 mandatory valet - no self-parking. The hotel across the street advertises free self-parking! Severely understaffed - no one in three days ever answered our calls to the front desk. Often, you will not see ANYONE behind the front counter. The room's A/C was as noisy as a jet engine, the bathroom does not have a door to the toilet, so if you have a family of four (like us) it means the bathroom can only be used by one person if he or she has to go. The desk has a weird three-glass panel that rattles every time you walk in the unit. Even the minifridge is warm! It gets worse. Despite asking for housekeeping every day, we got it only our very last day. David, the evening front desk clerk, refused to give our family amenities like water, combs, and deodorant even though I am a Bonvoy Gold and it's advertised in the room! He also claimed that (a) he had never been to the airport (!) and (b) thus could not give us an approximate time to leave in the morning to make our flight. He even complained to my wife that there was too much noise coming from the lobby bar. What in God's name is this person doing working in a hotel? I could go on, but one last point - this hotel is NOT in the center of lovely Bricktown but at the very end. Stay near the baseball stadium - that is where all the action is. With all the options in the area, you would literally be crazy to choose this place. You have been warned.

Nice new hotel with good access to the highway and Bricktown entertainment area. Only complaints were very low water pressure fr the sink and a/c unit that either blew ice cold air and was loud or room got stuffy quickly. One of the louder units I’ve had lately so bring earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper. Free breakfast was nice with hot items and you are forced to do $20 valet parking

Got charged twice
I was charged $135 by Hotels.com and I was charged again by Springhill Suites another $145 for the same stay. I sent an email to their corporate offices and waiting to hear back. I was told that my credit card was needed for "incidentals" and ended up paying twice for the same room. I am in the process of disputing the charges (room and parking) with my credit card issuer. I'm posting this review in the hopes that I'll get some action on my refund. Aside from getting double charged, the noise from the nearby highway was unbearable. Constant sound of engines running up and down the highway, all night long. This is obviously not the hotel's fault, but I'm giving fair warning to anyone who wishes to stay here.
